Holistic health coaching is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. It does not replace the need for medical care from licensed healthcare providers. While holistic health coaching focuses on overall well-being and lifestyle improvements, it is not designed to address specific medical conditions or prescribe medications. Additionally, it is not a quick-fix solution; instead, it involves a collaborative process that requires commitment and active participation to achieve long-term health goals.

How can I benefit from holistic health coaching?

Holistic health coaching can help you uncover the root causes of your health issues. Through coaching, we develop a personalized plan to address your health goals, and support you in making lasting lifestyle changes. Examples of benefits include improved energy levels, better stress management, enhanced overall well-being, and a more balanced life.

What can I expect during my coaching sessions?

During your coaching sessions, you can expect a supportive and non-judgmental environment where we’ll discuss your health goals, review your progress, and create actionable plans. Each session is client-led, tailored to your needs and may include discussions on nutrition, exercise, mindset, and lifestyle adjustments.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the slot to another client and adjust our schedule accordingly. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee, depending on your agreement.

Are your services covered by insurance?

Holistic health coaching services are generally not covered by traditional health insurance. However, some clients may be able to use their Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) or Health Savings Accounts (HSAs). It’s best to check with your insurance provider for specific coverage details.

How do I get started with holistic health coaching?

Getting started is simple! You can book a free 20-minute consultation call to discuss your goals and see if my coaching program is the right fit for you. If it is the right fit, you'll enroll in the program and we'll figure out times to schedule your Health Intake Session.
